deepfreeze settings for internet cafe

Many people ask, how to use DeepFreeze Enterprise. Because of the less familiar setting of their use, many people prefer to use Deep Freeze Personal / Standard. Here I will cover thoroughly how to use the simple version...

1. Please download DeepFreeze.Enterprise.6.20.220.1692.rar first. File size: 34.6 MB (36,301,133 bytes)

2. Install. (Click Next - I Accept - Install)... bla.. bla... bla..... --->> end
3. Start - Programs - Faronics - Deep Freeze Enterprise 6 - Deep Freeze 6 Administrator

4. For the first time, will be asked to enter Customization Code. Please write correctly (case sensitive) don't to forget its paswword
If you re-install your server computer (where you install Deep Freeze Administratornya, you will need it)

5. Jump to Configuration tab - Sub Passwords tab. Fill one of the password. Use? In addition can be opened at once through the server (click to open from the server), can also be opened manually (CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + F6). When Users Change checked, the password can be changed page from the client. I do not checked

6. go to the Configuration tab - Sub Tab Drives. Because I make the C and D partition. Where C = system, D = data / game / data, then I check C only


7. Directly to the tab Configuration - Miscellaneous sub-tab. In the Stealth Mode, turn off Show Frozen icon on the System Tray. Why? So that people can do what that computer installin Deep Freeze.
8. Directly to the Create Programs tab. There are 4 icon = W, S, C, and M. Well here I need 2. Namely W and C.


W = Workstation. Where this is the Deep Freeze installer for the PC Client. (DF6Wks.exe)

C = Console. Where this is needed to manage Deep Freeze client from the server. (DF6Console.exe)

9. Process in the Deep Freeze 6 Configuration Administrator is complete. Do not forget to click Save As - Save first before closed.
- Click File - Password Protection.
- Check Protect with passwords.
- Fill & Enter new password Re-enter new password


then... go to the all PC Client... and install DF6Wks.exe you create..


10. The next step is open DF6Console.exe (in desktop Shortcut you make)

I only use :

• Reboot Thawed
• Reboot Frozen
• Send text message
• Restart workstations
• Shut down workstations
