Download and install Mobile Partner via terminal console :
- sudo su
- wget -c --no-check-certificate https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21373310/linux/mobilepartner-21.003.28.12.169.zip
- apt-get install -y unzip
- unzip mobilepartner-21.003.28.12.169.zip
- cd mp21
- bash ./install
follow instructions press Y and ENTER.

open applications via panel at :  Applicatios --- Internet --- Mobile Partner
